Samra advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters across the DIFC, ADGM, and mainland UAE. Her expertise  spans foundation governance, SPV and prescribed company structures, Central Bank licensing, and complex contractual documentation. Samra  has a particular focus on private wealth and succession planning, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
